We live in Central Queensland, but after hearing great feedback from another family member who used Arden Vale on their home, we contracted them to build a house for us in Crows Nest. As distance and time was a problem for us- I flew to Toowoomba and the house just three times to Arden Vale - once to review plans and quotes, once to choose internal and external selections and lastly to pick up the keys.

Given the distance difficulties I had - I cannot speak highly enough of the service, and the building standard they have provided.

Arden Vale notified construction time frames which were far superior to what we are used to in CQ, and reliably stuck to them all the way. They made selection extremely easy - some parts like door handles and cornices with themselves, and as I didn't have time to search out all internals/colours etc - referred to a couple of external trusted advisors to assist me- who I found to be equally as professional. Their tradesmen always contacted me personally from onsite if in doubt on any matters, and I felt a strong sense of trust with their advice - which proved well founded.

The finish and quality of the home has been great. As we have now on sold the home - I needed to contact Arden Vale a couple of times (months after completion) to clarify questions and get some paperwork I misplaced. They were as helpful and as prompt as the day I walked in. All round - a great business to deal with, having an excellent service and a real quality culture which is hard to find in many businesses.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone choosing to build.

Hi. We recently built our new home at Withcott with Arden Vale Homes. We were a bit scared about the whole thing as we had built a new home in Northern NSW only 4 years prior and had wonderful local builders down there and thought we couldn't be blessed again. We were wrong. Arden Vale Homes were fantastic from day 1 when we entered their display homes In Ramsay Street and told them what we were wanting in a home. They gave us many plans to have a look at and a few addresses of houses they had built similar to what we wanted so that we could go and have a drive past and have a look. We chose a plan but made numerous changes to it which they were only too happy to do. They were on time with everything that they told us.

The communication and helpful advice between themselves, the subcontractors and us was 2nd to none. We knew at all times what was happening, who was doing what and who to speak to at that point if we needed to. We put a pool in at the same time as the house was being built. Arden Vale were only too happy to confer with• the pool people as well so as to get the right timing for putting in the pool along with the electrical side. We have had our 6 month inspection and we are happy with the results. Thanks to Arden Vale our home is our castle which is admired by many.

All in all we cannot fault Arden Vale Homes for their professionalism, quality, timing, cost and above all their customer service. Thank you Arden Vale Homes.

This is a short note to express our gratitude to you and all invloved in the construction of our new home. As you are aware we have recently immigrated to Australia and moving into our new home has significantly hepled our family settle and deal with the stresses of the whole process.
Being invloved in a retail business myself, I realise that dealing with customers and their specific needs is not always easy, and that all to often, their demands can be difficult and or unrealistic. Good service is expected from all, but appriciated for a job well done is not as common place as it should be. In our particular instance we were always treated with the greatest of respect, with all of our questions and concerns promptly and professionally dealt with, irrespective of how mundane they may have been.
Throughout the whole process we felt that all of Arden Vale's efforts and resources were being applied to our project and to keeping us happy, which can only be commended.
